What a change in workout. I had a great workout, I had no power to.
Today some small progress in the work, not some thing that will make my day shine, but progress is good. I hope we make it.
Jumped rope for 21 minuets than stated the supper sets. last 2 sets were hard code just as we like it. however it is very refreshing change from the routine we had so far. the abs were hard Vsets I could manage to fail at 30sh and less, but plank I could not finish 60 sec. I like it. but lets see how stiff I am going to wake up tomorrow. thank good it is a Sat. tomorrow, can sleep some more.
Was a bit more hungry today, and had a craving for sweet, a tea spoon of chocolate spread took care of that, again I see the level of control PCP gave me to decide how far and what I would like to consume, before it would not end and 1 tea spoon.
