I had a feeling, and today scale told it to me as well, I gained some weight (~0.5Kg), was a hectic few days and a few more days to come, but it just made me more careful on keeping with the guidelines.
So this morning even we had some plans (first day of Sunday school) i planed the time to eat my PCP morning breakfast, fro lunch the kids asked and we got to a steak house called Outback, ordered a house salad (not the usual tasty that I really like Cesar salad) Fillet steak with steam vegis (mine are better...:-)) all measures are under PCP, and kept the rest of the day satiric PCP. need to get back to basics and keep myself from being lose towards the end.
Workout was hard, jumped rope to 25, failed from the 3rd sets of the shoulders, and split some time before I done the abs, so i can put the kids to bed, they were laughing their heads off seeing me do the Creep.
Tomorrow starts very hectic week with both my bosses are in town, chowing my ass for the sales results, if only it would get some of the fat off no problem....
I always feel ridiculous doing the creep--did your kids try to do it, too? That would be awesome. Good luck with the bosses and with staying strong and on-program. You're so close!
ReplyDeleteGood luck with this week at work.
ReplyDeleteEvery time, I get confused by the creep. I swear I have never done it the same way more than once.
I am petrified of stepping on the scales this week after the last week's escapades.
I showed my parents the Creep and my dad said, "Oh, the duck walk! We did that in the army!" Now it makes me laugh every time I do it.
ReplyDeleteGood luck this week!
Those kids will remember a FIT dad!
ReplyDeletethe creep...is creepy. not sure which i hate more, that or floorjumps. my thighs are still burning from yesterday's creeps.
ReplyDeletehope this week goes smoothly for you!
