Day 59 Back in PCP land

Hi

Today was all PCP just as it was before. jet lag is ON in a major way, we just got tomorrow to adjust and than back to work/school.

Work out was hard, i was so bumped from the flight I almost gave it up, but managed to pull myself together, done 20 minuets of jumps, pull ups were a challenge. i was able to do sets of 9,8,6,5,5 only

Today I also had a chance to do the 8 min abs. ouch but I like it. hope to do that every day from now on.
