Patrick e-mail was right on time and on subject.
While my motivation is still high, I was feeling that the workouts fall into a routine, and that is a danger zone to be in, easy to cut corners.
I found it hard to get to the workout today, but I know once I start it will be OK. starting is a challenge. I managed to drag my corps from bed and start jumping in the afternoon, it was great to do that for 15 minutes straight. the rest of the workout was OK, but today’s motivation was low. it took me more time than usual.
Tomorrow is another day....

ReplyDeleteive been feeling the same for the last 5 days or so. just keep on pushing! be stubborn! even if you hate it, do the workout. in a few days, the love will come back.......
