Day 1

Although I read some of the blogs of the people completed the PCP program, and know what to expect, I was still excited to wake up this morning and open my PCP e-mail and see the 1st day and 1st week program.

I already prepared the jump rope and the push up handles, so I went straight down to the living room to start. As warm up I used the regular routine we use at the beginning on every aikido lesson, takes about 5-10 minutes of stretching and twisting.

Jumping rope was OK, I managed to do the set relatively without stopping or getting the rope tangled too much. Squats were fine, I remembered you should extend your arms to keep you back straight.

Push ups were also fine, the lest 3 Icould feel the effort, that was nice.

Sit ups were the last to do, I done them rolling my head and torso to the knees, not reaching the knees but the last set I can feel the burn, I think my this will be my PCP challenge.

finished, shower and iI felt good with myself, and could feel some more energy, more than the day before, starting the day this way might be addictive....

Got to work and I will need to see how I deal with the half size eating. So far got half a coffee, and half a sandwich. For lunch it was half of Soba and sesame souse.

Evening I got to the Aikido dojo for practice, 4th time this week. It is a 1 hour practice, and I worked with a good partner, we kept attacking each other and blending at a good rate, alot of sweating.

For dinner I made my quick half size Ravioli.

So far very nice 1st day
